Article 1. Conditions for withdrawal and refund eligibility

1. Recurring billing services must be cancelled before the billing date. 2. Amounts already charged are not partially refunded, and billing stops starting from the next billing cycle.
1. The validity period of purchased or charged tokens is 1 year from the date of purchase or charge. 2. Tokens that are not used within the validity period will automatically expire upon expiration of the validity period, and expired tokens cannot be restored or refunded. 3. If tokens have been purchased or charged multiple times, the tokens charged first will be deducted first.
1. Refund requests may be submitted through customer support or email. 2. Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment method.
A full refund will be provided if normal service delivery becomes impossible due to a service outage or reasons attributable to the Company.
Any matters not specified in this refund policy are governed by the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable laws.
