1. As a general rule, no refunds or withdrawals of purchase are permitted under any circumstances once payment has been completed. 2. Due to the nature of digital content and services, access rights are granted or tokens are issued immediately upon payment. Therefore, refunds are not provided for reasons such as a change of mind, mistaken purchase, or dissatisfaction with the service.
1. Recurring billing (subscription) services must be cancelled before the next billing date. 2. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made from the next billing date onward. Amounts already paid for the current service period are not prorated or partially refunded.
1. The validity period of purchased or charged tokens is 1 year from the date of purchase or charge. 2. Tokens not used within the validity period automatically expire, and expired tokens cannot be restored, extended, or refunded. 3. When tokens are deducted, the tokens charged first are deducted first, in order.

Notwithstanding Article 1, a refund is provided only in exceptional cases where the service is completely suspended or unavailable for 7 consecutive days (168 hours) or more due to reasons attributable to the Company. 2. A refund request under Paragraph 1 must be submitted through customer support or the designated email address within 30 days from the date the outage occurred.
1. All legal relationships, interpretations, and disputes relating to this policy and the use of the service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Korea (Korean law), regardless of the user's place of residence or nationality (including member states of the European Union). 2. Any lawsuit concerning a dispute between the Company and the user relating to the use of the service or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea (or the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters).
Any matters not specified in this policy are governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and other applicable laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea.
